What is one-to-one call coaching?
One-to-one call coaching gives us the opportunity to monitor delegates on a live sales call as a way of aiding the learning process and supports the application of newly acquired skills in a real world scenario.
A one-to-one call coaching session is usually performed following a day of training so that any new skills taught are applied and absorbed more effectively by delegates. This unique approach is designed to create new habits and produce instant results, which is what coaching and training is all about.
We conduct one-to-one call coaching on the sales floor which doesn’t disrupt the delegates normal sales day, we’ll also coach delegates through any action points following all calls made.
Do we need one-to-one call coaching?
In a word, yes!
Our experience has shown that one-to-one call coaching dramatically increases results by turning ‘learning’ into ‘practising’, and we all know that practice makes perfect.
Can we include one-to-one call coaching with any course?
Of course you can, it’s included with all bespoke training services by default but can be added to any of our off-the-shelf training packages upon request.

What are the payment terms?
We’re entirely devoted to helping you and your team to achieve results from learning new skills, all we ask in return is for some commitment.
Once we have agreed your course details, how many dates to save in your diary and number of delegates attending to secure your booking simply sign through our order form. All services are then payable 14 days after invoicing. If you have any questions please call and speak to one of the team as we are always happy to help.
